About Artificial Superintelligence Alliance
FET is the token of the Artificial Superintelligence Alliance, used for AI agent services, staking and governance on Fetch.ai.
The Artificial Superintelligence (ASI) Alliance was formed in 2024 by Fetch.ai, SingularityNET and Ocean Protocol to pool their AI projects under one token. AGIX and OCEAN were converted into FET, which kept its ticker, and CUDOS later joined. Ocean Protocol left the alliance in October 2025 amid a public dispute over about 286 million FET.
FET pays for AI services and agent registration on Fetch.ai, where software agents find and trade with each other, and buys compute on CUDOS infrastructure. It also secures Fetch.ai's own proof-of-stake chain: holders delegate FET to up to 91 validators, and validators that double-sign lose 10% of their stake.
Total supply is about 2.71 billion FET, with about 2.31 billion circulating in October 2026. FET also exists as a token on Ethereum, BNB Smart Chain and Cardano.
