VSN is issued by the VISION Web3 Foundation within Bitpanda Web3, which runs a wallet, bridge, Layer-2 and launchpad. CryptoUmmah found no security audit naming a firm and date for the protocol itself. Data on development activity is insufficient.

CoinMarketCap shows 46,790 holders. About 65% of the initial supply went to former BEST and PAN holders, and 20% sits in the treasury. No exchange-traded product holding VSN was found.

The initial supply was 4.2 billion VSN. New VSN is minted every quarter for stakers, described as starting at 5% a year. CryptoUmmah cites team commentary that about $60M per quarter in new tokens outpaces fee collection. The Foundation uses part of fees for repurchases and burns at its own discretion.
