An $8M strategic round in February 2025 was led by Multicoin Capital with ParaFi and DACM. Listed backers also include Pantera, VanEck, CoinFund, Borderless Capital and Animoca Brands. Team and investor tokens are locked on a multi-year schedule and carry a third of governance voting power. Data on holder concentration is insufficient.

About 467.6 million GEOD circulated on 2 October 2026 out of a total supply of 1 billion. Mining rewards halve every 30 June (up to 6 GEOD a day per station from July 2026). Team, investor and ecosystem tokens unlock over several years. CryptoUmmah reports that 80% of data revenue is used to repurchase and burn GEOD; data on allocation shares is insufficient.

In February 2025 GEODNET reported more than 13,500 stations in over 142 countries and said on-chain annual recurring revenue grew more than 400% in 2024. CryptoUmmah cites $4M to $7.8M of annual recurring revenue in 2025 to 2026 sources. Current figures for 2026 are insufficient in the facts collected.
